Brief

Inspire Lab is a project funded by the Pan Asia Women's Association. The brief was to design a project to equip young women with training in grassroots organizing. The program was to be a year long, with a sustenance mechanism in place and a high quality training methodology that would allow the trainees to obtain practical leadership skills and in turn become community leaders.

Solution

Inspire Lab is a two-day leadership accelerator focused on equipping young women with an actionable skill-set to become confident change-makers and community leaders. Over the past three years, we have trained over 340+ young women from rural and at-risk communities while matching them with mentorship and immersive learning opportunities.

Scope of Work

  • Conceptualization and design of the program and its sustenance mechanism.

  • Designing the learning pedagogy, three core training modules and workshop run downs.

  • Training of the current pool of trainers, negotiating partnerships and fundraising.
